In the account settings, enter as this:
email id - <<your email id>>
server - << ping your mail server, get the IP and put it here; do NOT put https, simply enter the ip as x.x.x.x>>
domain << cts >>
username & password << yours >>
Use SSL << ON >>
If you dont have access then it will give the error like accounts credentials not able to verify
.....and now watch your mailbox fill up :-)
Ask cognizant server team to get the access to ur mobile device.

ReplyDeleteTried again. No resolution. Contacted tech group and of course they indicated there is no support for personal devices however many others are using it.
