Prepation for RAW PEANUT CHATNEY
Ingradients
Raw Peanuts
Green Chilly
Red chilly
Garlic Pieces (not the paste)
Salt
Coriander Leaves
Curry Leaves
Mustard Balls (small red balls)
Tamarind

Step by Step Process :

Step 1 : Put 10gm of tamarind in 50 ml of water in a BOWL and keep it for some time (approx. 10 min).
After 10 to 15 min. Mix (press) tamarind in water with your hand and throw the tamarind away (Don’t throw the tamarind water you have to mix that water with RAW Peanut while Grinding).

Step 2 : Take some RAW peanuts and HEAT on Stove in PAN for some time until you will get black spots/marks on Peanuts (don’t heat too much because it will become total black).

Step 3: Just fry Garlic pieces in 2 to 3 table spoon of OIL to get brownish shades

Step 4: Just fry GREEN chili in 2 to 3 table spoon of OIL to get brownish shades

Step 5: Take Grinder (Blinder), Add the result of STEP1,2,3,4 and Coriander Leaves into the Blinder bowl and Blind/Grind it for some time by adding some water and salt
Optional Note: If you want you can add 10 gms of Coconut powder

Step 6: you can grind until you feel chutney looks soft (Now taste it once. If you feel it is not spicy or less Salt. Do the step 4 again with some more green chillies or add salt whatever it has less)

Step 7: Take another Pan/bowl and Pour some oil (Little bit. It’s your choice depend on the content of the PEANUT mix apprx 10 to 20ml) and heat for some time

Step 8 : Add Mustard ball, Red chilli and Curry leaves for 5 to 10 secs and add it to result of STEP 6.

First time try with little amount of PEANUTs

Finally Penaut chutney is ready to SERVE.
